What I really do:

Marketing, Marketing, MARKETING, and some selling, too. In addition, I am growing the marketing department so we can enhance our ability to help clients and prospects as they look to improve their marketing results.

What I love about my job:

Everybody really cares about the company, it's products, and doing whatever is necessary to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Favorite coaster:

There are so many favorite beverage coasters, but for now I'll say it is my business card coaster. The people I give it to almost always have the same reaction: "Of course, why would I expect you to have anything other than a beverage coaster business card. That's perfect!"

What I do when I'm not working at Katz:

Explore social media, coach my Fantasy Football team, talk to my sons (who are now in the working world), exercise, train Murphy, the SpringerDoodle we obtained in September 2011, and plan with my wife what we are going to do for dinner each night (usually take out). I also teach courses at the University at Buffalo and serve on the boards of the Buffalo Zoo and the School of Management Alumni Association.

Secret ambition:

To be on The Amazing Race with one of my sons.

I have a weakness for:

Scrabble and Words With Friends.

I like to read:
