What I really do:

I'm responsible for all operations within Katz Americas. My duties include finding innovative ways to increase capacity, increase product quality, and to make sure that each process, product, and team member adheres to the highest standards.

What I love about my job:

Starting new projects from the ground up and perfecting them to then see others take it from there and work with it on a day-to-day basis.

Favorite coaster:

It has to be Mike's Bar Coaster.

What I do when I'm not working at Katz:

Play golf, ride my motorbike in the mountains, spend time with family, and work on the house (i.e. the list from my wife).

I have a weakness for:

Beer coasters.

I'm listening to:

Red Hot Chili Peppers, Shakira (hot as heck), Rolling Stones, Van Morrison, Bob Marley, and the stuff my kids listen to (Radio Disney).
