What I really do:

Manage a great team of customer service representatives and provide excellent service to my current and growing customer base.

What I love about my job:

Meeting new people and seeing new promotions that customers bring to us through their provided artwork.

Favorite coaster:

I really don't have one particular favorite coaster; however, I do like when customers use some of our newer Value Added processes to make their coaster stand out from the rest!

What I do when I'm not working at Katz:

Spend time with my husband and two children.

Secret ambition:

To be the item pricer at the Dollar Tree where "everything's a $1." (As a side job, of course!)

I have a weakness for:

Sugar!!! I'll eat dessert before dinner to make sure I have room for it.

Motto to live by:

Change is good and nothing to fear but fear itself!
